A Blanket for my Baby!

Inspired by the sewing machine cover made by Bobbi of Crafty Vegas Mom, I decided that my newly re-geared baby needed one too!

Ain't her purdy in her new blanket?

Details:

Fabric:  Jason Yenter for In the Beginning, I believe it is Electic Garden (2009) in the pink/aqua palette.  I had 1/3 yd of each of the three prints.  The print you don't see is part of the lining.

Size:  Basically, a small table runner or super-size place mat, 18"x33" with four ties, 13" long.

Other:  Warm and White batting remnant, quilted with wavy line stitch in a variegated thread that I had on hand, the colors blend with the fabric.
